Who Pays My Commission?
My commission is paid entirely by the builder or the seller. When working with a builder, their fee is built into their advertising and marketing cost, which means you never pay a higher cost because you are working with a Realtor. So, what I can bring to the table is my experience and expertise and it ends up costing you nothing, and usually saves you money, gets you more home for your money, or both.
